At Domo Pistachio, the high standards of quality to which we are committed require that we carry out daily inspections and controls. To achieve this, we have incorporated all necessary protocols necessary into our routine processes.

Today, our production is mainly organic. Both Domo Pistachio and our partners are organic production certified according to that established by Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of the Council, dated 28 June 2007, on organic product production and labelling.

  • Mycotoxins (Aflatoxins): According to CEE 1881/2006 in its valid version.
  • Heavy metals: according to CEE/EU 1881/2006. ECC 488/2014
  • Regulation (CE) No. 396/2005, relative to the maximum limits of pesticide residues (including provisions and modifications);
  • Regulation (CE) No. 1881/2006, maximum content of certain contaminants in foodstuffs (including provisions and modifications);
  • Regulation (CE) No. 834/2007, on the production and labeling of organic products (including provisions and modifications).
